He is a graduate of the School of Banking at Colorado\, the Financial Managers School at the University of Wisconsin\, holds an MBA specialized in Financial Management\, and a Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Perry teaches multiple banking courses for the Schools of Banking in Nebraska\, Kansas\, South Dakota and North Dakota. He is also on the faculty of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado.
